You should wear some clothes that are loose fitting and easy to move in. If your problem is from the hip down, a pair of shorts would be ideal. If you have a shoulder problem, a sports top or vest would be ideal so that your therapist can see the shoulder joint. But the most important thing is that you’re comfortable so wear what you like, we’ll work around you!

You can park anywhere in the Mr Price car park. There is overflow parking around the back also.
Come into the Nolan Gym, up the stairs and you can’t miss the clinic. If the doors are closed please wait outside, it usually means I’m with someone! There are toilet facilities if needed. Womens are at the top of the stairs. Mens are through the middle gym doors into the weights section and to the left.

Usually you will be absolutely fine, and have a better understanding of your problem and how to manage it.
Occasionally you may feel some muscle soreness/fatigue depending on the treatment techniques used and the exercise options we select. If that’s the case please continue with the exercises regardless and it will improve in 48 hours usually. Any problems after that time please reach out.

Each session is approx. 45 minutes.
