Initial Assessment and Rehab

Get a detailed and thorough assessment of your current problem, with a tailored rehab plan to get you back to what you love.

In this session we will delve deep into your injury history, movement patterns and beliefs to get a handle on your injury. From here we will apply effective hands-on techniques to relieve symptoms. We will then work on a rehab plan together, making it accessible but effective to fit into your daily life and give the best chance of seeing both short and long term progress.

Follow-Up Treatment and Rehab

A review session to make sure you are on track towards those goals outlined in the initial assessment.

In this session we will assess what went well (or didn’t!) since the previous session and work together on ways to address it.

This session is vital to keep the progress going and get back doing what you love, wether that be competing in sport, getting back to gardening or just being able to pick the kids up again!

Deep Tissue Massage

A hands-on session to ease off those tight spots, reduce muscle tension, and help you move more freely again.

We’ll work deep into the areas that need it most - whether that’s from training, stress, or sitting at a desk all day - to get you feeling looser and more comfortable.

It’s not always gentle, but it’s always worth it.
